Friendly service, luxurious rooms, super breakfast. The staff created a family atmosphere. And it also had MAGNIFICENT view. Downstairs bar was superb and spotless. Minute walk from the train station, walking distance to lovely shops and the shops. Fast check in and late check out.

Loved the place, really nice stay. Beautiful location a 10-15 minute walk from york dungeon. The suite was functional, included shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Meals were fantastic and reasonably priced.

Staff and location are cool, I loved lovely bed. Fantastic central hotel in a wonderful area of York. And it's at a medium distance from downtown. A warm stay with a good swimming pool.

Really enjoyable stay in a chic hotel. Early check-in, impeccably clean rooms, perfect breakfast. Delightful view of city. Staff was always available, such fabulous people. It was conveniently located...
